Virgin hair is 100% human hair that has not been chemically processed in any way. It is free of perms, bleaches, dyes, or any other chemicals that may shorten the life span of your hair. Virgin hair is the highest quality of human hair on the market.

Whether you're doing a leave out install, install with a closure/frontal or getting a unit constructed, we recommend 2 bundles for lengths 10"-14", 3 bundles for lengths 16"-24" & 4 bundles for lengths 26"+.

To ensure your QVH unit fits with absolute security and comfort, we recommend taking a measurement of your heads circumference.

How to Measure

1. Place the end of a soft measuring tape at the center of your front hairline.

2. Wrap the tape around your head, ensuring it passes behind the ears and rests firmly at the nape of your neck.

3. Bring the tape back to the front to meet the starting point.

4. The tape should sit flat and snug against the skin. Make sure it’s secure, but never tight.

Cap Size Breakdown:

• Small (S): 21.5”
• Medium (M): 22.5”
• Large (L): 23”

Tip: If you’re between sizes, size up for a looser fit and size down for a more snug fit.

Closures and frontals are hair pieces (usually lace or silk based), used for installs that mimic your scalp so you don't have to leave any of your natural hair out. They allow versatility for parting and styling. The most telling differences between the two are their shapes, size and capabilities. All our Qing Virgin Hair frontals and closures come with the hair line pre-plucked for easy installation.

Closures are square in shape, and can range from 4"x4" up to 7"x7" (4"x4" being most common). They are more often used by those who like to wear their hair down and require the least amount of maintenance for everyday wear. We highly recommend a closure for those new to wearing closures and frontals.

Frontals are rectangular in shape and are installed ear to ear covering your entire hairline. They allow ample space for parting and if properly installed, can be worn brushed back into a flawless ponytail. They come in various sizes, 13"x4" being most popular. We recommend that you bond the frontal close to your hairline for best results.

Yes! You can definitely colour your Qing Virgin Hair extensions. For easy colouring and in order to avoid over processing your hair extensions, we suggest using our 613 blonde hair to achieve lighter colours. 

With proper care our hair extensions can last up to 2 1/2 years. Proper care includes regularly washing your hair with sulfate-free shampoos and deep conditioning after using heavy products on the hair.
