Our hair is 100% unprocessed virgin hair. Provided directly from a single donor, our hair comes cuticle aligned and double wefted for a well constructed finished product.

Processing & Authentication

To ensure the security of every transaction, please allow 1–3 business days (up to 72 hours) for payment authentication and processing.

• Note: The Qing Virgin Hair Studio is closed on weekends and statutory holidays; orders placed during these times will begin processing the following business day.

Domestic Shipping Strategy

We currently offer exclusive shipping across Canada, with the exception of Quebec.

Important: At this time, we are unable to fulfill orders to Quebec. Any orders placed from this province will be automatically cancelled and immediately refunded.

Once your payment is authenticated, your curated selection will be prepared for dispatch via Canada Post. Please note that shipping times selected at checkout are in addition to these fulfillment windows:

Upon dispatch, you will receive a signature Qing Virgin Hair notification via email or SMS containing your tracking credentials.

Due to the intimate nature of our products and our rigorous quality control protocols, all sales are final. This policy ensures that every 'Crown' received by our customers is pristine, untouched, and meets the Qing Virgin Hair hygiene standard.

Qing Virgin Hair is committed to punctuality and excellence in packaging. However, please be advised that Qing Virgin Hair is not liable for packages once they are marked as 'Delivered' by Canada Post. We recommend monitoring your tracking closely to ensure a secure hand-off.

All hair is true to length. Each bundle has an average weight of 100g.

WASHING 

- Wash and condition your extensions in cool water prior to installing

- While washing comb and brush through in a downwards motion to avoid tangling. This will be from weft to ends

- Do not sleep on wet or damp hair extensions

- If possible, allow the hair to dry naturally to prevent heat damage

- Wash hair extensions every 2-3 weeks to get rid of product buildup

STYLING

- Blow dry freshly washed hair and ensure hair is fully dry before styling

- Use a paddle brush for detangling. Start from the ends of the hair up towards the root

- Use a heat protectant before applying heat to the hair

- Avoid using hot tools over 450 degrees when styling

MAINTENANCE

- When sleeping, use a satin scarf or bonnet to prevent breakage and dry hair
